COLOR="#111111" FACE="Arial" > </FONT><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#777777" FACE="Arial" >You can now compete the Blithfield triathlon as a sprint distance event or the full olympic distance.  Making this ideal for those competitors attempting open water triathlon for the first time.  The sprint distance will be a 750m swim (1 lap), 20K bike (1 lap) and 5K run (1 lap).  The full olympic distance will
